Neville was head of Rediffusion-Y&R Mumbai office before joining Rage. In his twenty-year career, Neville has had substantial stints with Equus, Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA and JWT. He has worked with some of the largest and most successful brands in India across many categories. Neville caught the digital bug about six years before joining Rage and spearheaded key digital initiatives of clients within the boundaries of the traditional off-line format.
He then took a sabbatical to learn the intricacies of the digital world and joined Rage fresh from this sabbatical.

Rage was Sreekant’s third agency outing. Prior to joining Rage he was with Interakt Digital solutions as Head of New Business development. With a career spanning 20 yrs, he has worked with all verticals of Media – Print, Radio, Television, OOH and Digital with stints at The Times of India, TV9, Hello FM as media seller before shifting to the agency side with Ignitee Digital Solutions. If it is digital it has to be an agency role. Media selling has its own limitations which come from the platform itself. Agency role has no such limitation.
Have had the opportunity to work with some of the largest and most successful brands in India across many categories which include Automobiles, Banks, Consumer Durables, Insurance etc.
