Patrick conducted an initial workshop on SaaS pricing which mainly focused on the following topics:
- How do we improve monetization?
- How to quantify your buyers personas?
- How do you know what to put on your pricing page?
The presentation provided insights on how to arrive at the right pricing, the various approaches and included a simple but effective example of how to go about deciding your product’s or service’s pricing intelligently.
The insightful and example filled workshop lasted for one hour. In all, the startups felt there was plenty of takeaways and the workshop provided the startups with not just food for thought but also invaluable tips on how to set the pricing for their products in a logical and well thought of way.
